Parectopa è nata per distruggere la robinia… ma ha scelto un altro destino.
Mentre il Consiglio degli Insetti la accusa di tradimento, lei scopre un messaggio codificato nelle venature di una foglia morta: una minaccia oscura chiamata Hylaeus, un’armata di api nere biomeccaniche che consumano la linfa vitale delle foreste.
